Terms & conditions.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Quentory ("we"), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deviating terms of the client only apply if we have expressly accepted them in writing.

2. Quotations and agreement

Our quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days. An agreement is concluded once the client accepts the quotation in writing (or by email) or we start performance with the client's consent. The free AI visibility scan is without obligation and creates no mutual commitments.

3. Nature of the services

Quentory provides services in the field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): strategy, technology, content, authority building and monitoring. Our commitment is a best-efforts obligation: how AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity compose their answers is determined by third parties and changes continuously. Results and examples mentioned are indicative and do not guarantee a specific outcome, position or revenue.

4. 90-day performance commitment

For plans where this has been explicitly agreed: at the start we jointly establish a measurable baseline (buying questions, markets and models). If after 90 days there is no measurable improvement of the Recommendation Share on that agreed benchmark, we continue the programme for the following 90 days at our own expense. This commitment does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices exclude VAT. Invoicing takes place as agreed (monthly or upfront). The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment we may suspend our services after notifying the client.

6. Term and termination

The term and notice period are set out in the agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, agreements are entered into for the chosen period and cannot be terminated early, except in case of an attributable failure that is not remedied within 30 days after written notice of default.

7. Client cooperation

Good GEO requires cooperation: timely delivery of information, access to relevant systems (such as website or CMS) and timely approval of content. Delays caused by this extend the agreed deadlines and do not suspend our obligations.

8. Intellectual property

Content we create specifically for the client becomes the client's property after full payment. Our technology, methodology, models, reporting formats and know-how remain the property of Quentory.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties treat each other's confidential information as confidential and use it only for the performance of the agreement. We only name the client as a reference with prior consent.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the amount the client paid us in the three months preceding the event causing the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or revenue, or for changes implemented by AI platforms or search engines themselves. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. We first try to resolve disputes in good consultation; if we cannot, the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction.
